| Anyone can upload photos to "Preserving Our
Memories." If you have registered in our "Forum," your photos
will be available for viewing immediately. If you're not a
registered member of the Forum, your photos will not be available
for viewing until they have been approved by the Administrator.
Most albums are configured to receive photos from visitors.
Those who are registered members can upload photos to their own
albums and those albums configured to allow uploads from visitors.
Non-registered users' photos will be stored in a Public Photo Album..
Note: If you have a large number of photos to upload,
contact me and I'll provide you with a way to upload your photos in
batch.
Instructions for uploading are found below.
Registered Forum Members
To upload your photos:
- Click Our Forum on the left side of the web page to log
into the Forum. (If you can't remember your password,
there's a form you can fill out, and your password will be emailed
to you.)
- Click

The Preserving our Memories window opens.
- Verify that you are in Admin mode. Look at the menu
options at the top of the page. If you are in Admin mode,
the window will appear as follows:
If you're not in Admin mode, it will not indicate User mode.
If the menu indicates "Admin mode," then click that option to
enter Admin mode.
- Click Upload picture.
The following window will open.
- Under Album, click the down arrow. All albums
that you can upload to are listed. Select the
appropriate album.
- Click Browse to locate the photo you want to upload
from your computer or disk.
- Under Picture Description, enter descriptive text for
the photo you are uploading.
- Under Date, enter the date you upload the picture.
- Under Uploaded by, enter your name.
- Click Upload picture.
Non-registered Forum Members
- Navigate to the photo gallery, "Preserving our Memories."
- Click Upload picture.
The following window will open.
- Under Album, click the down arrow. All albums
that you can upload to are listed. Select the
appropriate album.
- Click Browse to locate the photo you want to upload
from your computer or disk.
- Under Picture Description, enter descriptive text for
the photo you are uploading.
- Under Date, enter the date you upload the picture.
- Under Uploaded by, enter your name.
- Click Upload picture.
Your photo(s) will be available for reviewing after the
Administrator has approved them.
