Sorry to hear about Kelly Grandmother tell BJ and Kelly hi and the rest of the family, hope you and Deb and the family have a great weekend out on the lake snow will be up that way soon.

Sorry i wish i could come up there to the party Mr. Bill is having because i would really love to see all of ya, but i just don't have the money tax time is coming up on this house in October.

Kay i wish we could just see eye to eye and try to be friends before i die because you really did mean the world to me, hope all is well with you. I have tryed to send you emails but i guess you have me block out never thought you could be like that. Well Kay you will always be my friend and be very special to me and my heart, sorry about what i said to you about a year ago but i guess shit happen.

Well i said what i wanted to say, might not be the place to say it but that is Whats Up with me got to do what you got to do because you never know when your last day might come.

Greetings to one and all - all Webb's, Webb family, Webb friends - I do hope this day finds you in good health and a good frame of mind. Life is good on this part of the world - I too am working a ton of hours each day - although I am taking a couple days off for the holiday so that will be very nice. Kris, Eric, BJ and Kelly are coming up for the weekend - it will be very nice to see them all together. Kelly's grandmother passed away yesterday so they are taking a detour to Iowa for the funeral tomorrow and should be here Thursday some time. Eric is getting better - either getting better at dealing with it or the med's are working - but either way he is feeling better so that is good. Sam and Kevin have not had any luck selling their house yet so it looks like they may be around a bit longer. My bike has been giving me issues this summer - it is 18 years old - Deb and I are arguing about weather it is time now or later to get me a new one - we shall see who comes out on top? Lydia - could I ask you to change the website - it has been a while and the purple makes it hard to read when I sign on with my blackberry. Usually you do not leave it the same for as long as you have this time. I do remember Mr. Mathews - I guess I thought he was older and should have passed a long time ago. Well I am off to bed as it is getting late.

I don't know if any of my brothers or sisters remember Herman Matthews, but he passed away the other day.  Herman was Janet's husband.  Mamaw Barnett used to work for them, and Janet was my piano teacher.  We lived across the street from them when we lived in that little cracker barrel of a house - remember??  Herman was a professor at LMU.  Here's his obit if you'd care to read it.  Read obit  And here's another article written about him:  read article

Not much happening with me -- just working every day. 

I'm pretty sure Lukas has his first football game this weekend.  I'll post more details when I have them in case anyone wants to go.

Sorry I'm a little late today, but I didn't want to let the day go by without wishing you a Happy Birthday.  Are you and George doing anything special to celebrate?

We been getting alot of rain here in Arkansas and the Hot weather has gone away only in the 90th now

Jean had a procedure today -- well let's just say it isn't one we would look forward to with much enthusiasm and it involves drinking a bunch of stuff before one has this procedure.  Just the thought gives me the willies.  Anyway, I hope you're doing okay.

Lukas and Georgia start school this week and Lukas is playing football this year.  School starting already?  This summer just whizzed right on by me.

Are y'all planning to attend Bill and Terri's Labor Day party?  I hear that Jennifer and her boyfriend will be in town.  It would be nice for one last get together to celebrate the end of summer.

I'm still working in the city every day.  Doyla, I'll be staying downtown Minneapolis at the Residence Inn.  I won't have a car and I don't know how much free time I'll have, but if you're there during that time maybe we could get together.  The Republican Convention is being held there during that time so it's likely to be a crazy place.

Kay brought her camera over yesterday so that I could print some new pictures of Joey.  My goodness he is getting so big.  Melissa, I've got to come over and see you guys.  I'll put some of those pictures, along with a few that I've taken over the last couple weeks, up sometime tonight.

We haven't heard anything about Eric lately.  Does anyone know how the Masseys are doing?  Kris I've been checking your site for updates.  Hopefully things are going well. 

I'm off to do some work for a bit.
